Pride in the Park is a community event honouring love, identity, and support for our vibrant 2LGBTQIA+ family! I'll be guiding a drop-in outdoor class for ages to celebrate & connect to queer joy :)

Join us for a slow beginner-friendly 45-minute yoga flow. Afterwards, we’ll guide you into the flower fields, just steps away, to harvest some blooms to take home.

Welcome in summer with a sweet morning wake up flow followed by refreshments. All levels are always welcome & options are always offered for wherever you're at.

Pause & smell the lavender with a slow grounding flow in the fresh blooms. Ticket includes all workshops & activities during the festival.

A day to connect, celebrate & support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Expect yoga, mini photo sessions, tarot, face painting/body art, drop-in mini-massages, drinks, snacks & more! This event is for everyone, 2SLGBTQIA+ folks & allies. Tickets are sliding scale & all proceed support Out on the Shelf Guelph + Spectrum Waterloo.

Think of it as a mini-staycation in the oasis of The Elora Mill. Unwind with deeply supported poses and calming breathwork in this 90min restful practice for body & mind. Welcome to all.
